Self-holding Solenoids
No current - no heat - a solenoid that works without any current
The advantage of this solenoid is that we can keep the plunger in position without any power whatsoever. It works together with an integrated permanent magnet of highest quallity and thereby we get a holding function that does not require any energy. The plunger is released by a very short current pulse.
